My Loving Nanny is owned and operated by working professionals who have years of experience in the childcare industry. Experience rages from in home daycare, house cleaning, pet sitting, elderly care, and being a nanny. Having first hand experience of having children, and working for families and caring for their children, provides excellent knowledge on what both families and nannies are looking for out of an agency. We are a BBB accredited business, trustworthy and here to help you with the most important aspect in your life, you children, and your job.

Families:

We understand the needs and wants of a family looking for childcare. You want to know that the person caring for your child is trustworthy, honest, reliable, and loving. You want your child to be in a safe, warm and nurturing environment, and that is what we provide. Best of all, we provide high quality care at an affordable price. Many agencies require a registration fee, and once you've selected a nanny, then they require a extremely high placement fee ranging from $2,500-$5,000! We have NO PLACEMENT FEE! Our belief is that every child should have warm and loving care and every mother should know her child is being cared for the same way she would. We work off of that concept by not having a placement fee making our services affordable to anyone.

Nannies:

We know the needs and concerns of nannies. Knowing the family you're working for is also honest and trustworthy, and values your time. You're providing the supreme care for their children and you as a nanny want to feel respected and valued. We interview all families to ensure our nannies will be respected and accepted as primary care giver when the parents are away.

My Loving Nanny Agency offers a safety net for both nanny and family. If either one should find themselves in an unhappy situation we are there to rectify it to the best of our abilities, or make other arrangements for both parties. We strive to make long lasting relationships between the family and the nanny.
