Our Nanny/Candidate Requirements:

19yrs or older

CPR and First Aid Certified

Own a vehicle covered by insurance

3 or more years experience in childcare

Legally able to work in the U.S.

3 or more professional references

Love and enjoy working with children. Honest, trustworthy and reliable, with a good work ethic.

Our Candidate Screening Process:

In person interview of all nannies in Seattle, Spokane, Portland and San Diego Areas.

Proof of CPR and First Aid

Proof of Citizenship

Proof of Drivers License and Car insurance

Reference Checks

Background check, including national criminal and sex offender.

What steps do you need to take to get a nanny through our agency?

Step one: Complete an application

Step two: Family Consultation

Step three: Registration Fee, begins our customized nanny search for your family.

Step four: We'll send you nannies that have been pre-screened and meet your qualifications for you to interview.

Step five: You hire the nanny of your choice, or you may request to interview more nannies.

*Notice, our nanny placements can take 2-8 weeks.*

Once you're active in our service you remain active for 1 year and we will provide you with all of your childcare needs to the best of our abilities, whether date night, weekend care, nanny replacement etc.

Tax Information:
