San Diego Nanny Services and Child Care Rates:
Weekly Nanny Rates:
•$600 first child
•$50 each additional
•Depending on your area, weekly rates can be negotiated between the family and the nanny. Rates do increase or decrease depending on your region.
Hourly Sitter Rates : (Rates increase or decrease depending on your area. 3 hour minimum which applies to all occasional care positions.)
•$16 first child
•$1.5 each additional child
•$5 each additional child if multiple families are used.
Over Night Sitter Rates: charged for a 10 hr period over night.
•$180 one child
•$40 each additional child
•$275 per 24hr period
•$50 each additional child for 24hr period
Pet Sitting Rates:
•$50 first day (2 trips daily and up to 3 pets)
•$35 each additional day.
•Overnights are negotiable and to be discussed
Holiday and Overtime Rates for all Nanny Services
Paid holidays are as follows, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas Day, New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, and 4th of July. Holiday pay is required if the nanny is working that day. Overtime is offered to nannies who work more than 50hrs per week, unless the weekly rate incorporates over-time pay.

San Diego Registration fee's for our Nanny Services:
$2,500.00 Life-time Nanny/Child Care (Payments can be paid over 4 months, includes all our services for a lifetime)
$600- Renewable Nanny Services (10 or more hours per week and a 1 year guarantee, renewable annually)
$450- Nanny Share(1yr guarantee for both families cost is $450 per family)
$400- Temporary Nanny membership (Child care/Nanny services for 10+ hrs per week for a 6 month period)
$45- Hotel Sitting services (charged for a minimum of 1 day of child care and a maximum of 1 week)
$300- House Cleaning or Pet sitting (Does not include any child care services, but offers 1 year of pet sitting or house cleaning)
The Lifetime fee of $2,500 gives you complete access to all of our services in the San Diego area, including Full-time Nanny, Replacement Nanny, Occasional Child Care, On-Call and back up sitting, for as many years as you require it, with out any renewal fee's. Besides paying the hourly or weekly rate for your candidate, the $2,500 is the only fee you will ever pay the agency.
The Renewable Registration fee of $600 includes all our services for a 1 year period and we will replace any candidate during that time, and find you any back-up sitters that you may require.
My Loving Nanny will help our families draw up a contract for the candidate they choose. Rate's can be negotiated depending on the nannies experience and age, and the families location. However; Registration fee's are non-negotiable.
Tax Information:
As of 2011 we are requiring parents to pay My Loving Nanny directly and now our nannies in San Diego are considered employee's of My Loving Nanny. We are setting our San Diego, Oceanside and Carlsbad families up for automated withdrawal from a Visa or Mastercard. This will save our families money on paying Payroll Taxes.
