Portland Nanny and Child Care Rates
Weekly Nanny Rates: (based on 40-45hrs per week)
•$475 first child
•$50 each additional
•Depending on your area, weekly rates do fluctuate and are negotiable.
Hourly Sitting Rates : (3 hour minimum,applies to hotel services also.)
•$13.50 first child
•$2 each additional
•$5 each additional if multiple families are used.
Over Night Sitting Rates: (charged for a 10 hr period over night.)
•$110 one child
•$20 each additional
•$220 per 24hr period
•$40 each additional child for 24hr period
Pet Sitting Rates:
•$40 first day (2 trips daily and up to 3 pets)
•$25 each additional day
•$20 1 hour walk
•Overnights are negotiable and to be discussed
Holiday and Overtime Rates:
Paid holidays are as follows, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas Day, New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, and 4th of July. Holiday pay is required if the nanny is working that day. Overtime is offered to nannies who work more than 50hrs per week, unless the weekly rate incorporates over-time pay.
•Overtime pay is regular rates x 1.5
•Holiday pay is regular rates x 2
Our Nanny/Child Care Registration fee's:
$2,000.00 Life-time Nanny /Child Care (Payments can be paid over 4 months, includes all our services for a lifetime)
$400- Renewable Nanny Services (Includes all our services and a 1 year guarantee)
$250- Temporary Nanny membership (Gives you access to all our child care services for a 6 month period)
$35- Hotel services (charged for a minimum of 1 day of child care and a maximum of 1 week)
$150- House Cleaning or Pet sitting (Does not include any child care services, but offers 1 year of pet sitting or house cleaning)
The Lifetime fee of $2,000 gives you complete access to all of our services, including Full-time Nanny services, on-call and back-up care, pet sitting and housecleaning services, for as many years as you require it with out any renewal fee's Besides paying the hourly or weekly rate for your candidate, the $2,000 is the only fee you will ever pay our agency.
The Renewable Registration fee includes all our services for a 1 year period and we will replace any candidate during that time and find you any back-ups that you may require.
My Loving Nanny will help our families draw up a contract for the candidate they choose. Rate's can be negotiated depending on the nannies experience and age, and the families location. However; Registration fee's are non-negotiable.
Tax Information:
For a Salary Calculate click here. As of 2011 we are requiring parents to pay My Loving Nanny directly and now our nannies are considered employee's of My Loving Nanny. We are setting our families up for automated withdrawal from a Visa or Mastercard. This will save our families money on paying Payroll Taxes for their nannies.
